Feasibility, sustainability, and aesthetics are our drivers to design good quality and affordable living projects

Through aesthetics and beauty, we design projects that reflect your identity

We believe urban public spaces should be addressed to people. Designed as urban living rooms, public space becomes usable, encourages permanence, fosters exchange and creates more livable cities

We conceive housing projects with a human centered approach, affordable housing should be accessible for all citizens

We design adequate and innovative workspaces for a world in constant transformation

WHY AN INTEGRATED APPROACH

Architecture and urban projects are never conceived under only one discipline; their success is determined by the integration of multiple aspects. Space, ecology, economy and society are the four pillars of the system we use to conceptualize and develop them. The use of an urban, neighborhood and building scales is an additional contribution for better integratating projects into the surroundings and city where they are located.

FROM INTEGRATED TO UNIQUE

Our driver is to co-create solutions together with our clients, considering their interests, aspirations, and budget, and combining them with our knowledge and expertise. We are interested in providing a personalized service that displays a unique result that stands out.

OUR PRINCIPLES

Our main interest is to co-create innovative, affordable and sustainable projects.

In order to achieve this:
-We work consistently and care about delivery times.
-We fit the building law, our client requirements and the concerns of the city.
-We provide high space optimization and good quality living spaces.
-We prioritize respectful and diplomatic relationships with the city officials, and other stakeholders.
-We care about the use of resources, materials, and our footprint in the environment.

Therefore we give clients advise on a more sustainable road path to achieve their project goals.

SUSTAINABILITY AND REGENERATION

Part of our contribution to a world that is affected by- and aware of climate change, is conceiving new and transforming existent buildings in accordance with their surroundings. We aim at taking care of our carbon footprint, and the resources, materials and processes we make use of. We would like to concieve projects that do not harm our environment.

But that is not all. We aim to conceive sustainable architecture and urban planning, but also to go beyond, towards regeneration. With sustainability, we target neutrality; with regenerative practices we add value. We envision our projects as a channel to bring an added value to the context where they develop, which may positively impact biodiversity, air quality, comfort, among others.

Our interest is to bring projects to life that are inmersed in more livable neighborhoods of more sustainable and livable cities.

ECONOMY

Achieving affordable and quality design is one of our main goals regardless of the final use of the projects we design. For this reason, we care about the importance of economic thinking for project conception and project development. From an early conceptional project phase, we calculate and communicate clearly about expected and approximate costs to our clients in order to have a transparent flow of work and to achieve the project goals together.

Approach

competence

Integrated
Urban &
Architectural
Design

We care about the relationship of buildings with their surroundings, and take a look at the most relevant aspects of their design process through an holistic approach. In order to design sustainable projects, we connect Space (What), Environment (Where), Economy (How) and Society (For Who).

Identity

Under the philosophy of conceiving unique projects, we care about identity and the image that each of them reflects.

Sustainability
& Regeneration

Architecture and design are meaningless if sustainability is not a part of their conception. The use of an integrated approach, the conceptualization of measures for climate protection, and the combination of research and advice for a less carbon-centered choice of materials and resources are our main channels to implement it in our practices.

FRANK LEUBNER
Frank completed his studies as an architect in TU-Dresden and at the University of Stuttgart. While working in architecture offices since 2007, he completed his studies in 2014. Through his theoretical diploma in architecture theory, which focused on a reflection on the aesthetic quality of architecture, he became aware and thoughtful about aesthetics, taste and theoretical considerations of the link between architecture and human beings.  During his studies he collected experiences in China, the United States, and Turkey, which allowed him to expand his ways of thinking.   Growing up in Dresden, he was deeply interested in arts and aesthetics. For more than eight years he practiced drawing and painting applying lessons learned from an artist. Doing so, he got in touch with key aspects for visual communication, connecting with the viewer/expectator and the transmission of emotions, which is something he highlights in his architectural expression. He counts on professional working experience since 2007. Plus, he also believes that being open minded and tolerant are valuable traits that allow him widen his work style and to develop innovative projects that properly fit any client need. He also enjoys travelling, nature and watching documentaries.

DI ZHANG
Di grew up in Tianjin, China. She completed her architecture studies in Wuhan, Dresden and at the University of Stuttgart in 2011.  During this time she also acquired some international experiences in Turkey and China, and she has been actively working in Germany since 2007. Supervised by Prof. Lederer, she focused her diploma on the development of a conference hotel and its adaptation to the historical urban context of  Eichstätt.  She cares about quality in architecture, weather it is about details, technical drawings and plans, materials or the building as a whole system itself. She is interested in building development and building aesthetics, as well as in fashion and design.   The relationship of the architecture she is passionate about and clothing reflects her understanding of aesthetics and her interest in the image that buildings display. Clothes are designed with different parameters, sizes and styles but they do not fit everyone the same way because our characteristics and taste differ. Through an integrated perspective Di's main interest is to bring quality inner and outer building components together and turn them into a whole functional system like a taylor does with clothes: when functionality, comfort and taste are harmonically put together, good pieces are produced.

NATALIA URREGO DÍAZ
Natalia completed her studies as an architect in Bogotá, Colombia at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2018 and obtained her master's degree in Integrated Urbanism and Sustainable Design at the University of Stuttgart in 2022. She developed her master thesis around the development of an Urban Agriculture project in Cape Town, South Africa. Her focus was the role of farmers' communities in the development of an Agrihub and how their relationships and interactions could make the project more sustainable thanks to the exchange of ideas and common work among themselves and with different external stakeholders.  She is passionate about finding ways to live in a more sustainable, healthier and happier city. She believes in the power of small actions to achieve long lasting changes and she's driven by leaving this world a bit better than she found it.  Natalia has shaped her way of thinking through different multi-cultural and international experiences. She aims to become an expert in sustainability to reduce the impact of the building construction in the environment and cities as healthy and happy as possible. She enjoys travelling and learning new things, she loves nature, dogs, and baking.
